• Min 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in the IT environment

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources

• A clear understanding of the software development life cycle and software development processes

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development.

• Proficiency in core project management tools: JIRA & Confluence

• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Business Analysis Professional Certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for IT projects.

• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
