Junior Scrum Master (Tech-Savvy)

As a Junior Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in assisting project teams in achieving their goals and ensuring effective project execution.

• Support the Scrum Master and project team in planning and defining project scope and goals
• Assist in developing project plans and communication materials
• Help identify and manage project dependencies
• Participate in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
• Contribute to progress reports and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders

• min 6 months of commercial experience in ІТ as a Scrum Master
• General understanding of the software development life cycle and software development processes
• Experience working with QA or Software development languages like CSS, HTML
• Upper-Intermediate level of proficiency in English
• Proficiency with Jira and other project management tools
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• PSM, CSM, or SAFe certification
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field
• Hands-on experience using the Linear tool
