Product Owner

As the Product Owner at Kapsys, you will hold a key position within our agile development teams, driving product development and playing a crucial role in delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

You Have:

2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Software Development
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Strong understanding of software development processes and development lifecycle
Proficient in agile methodologies with a proven ability to apply them effectively
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Linear, or Trello
Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles to effectively collaborate with design teams
Outstanding ability to organize people, processes, and projects
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Will be a plus:

German-speaking skills
Certifications relevant to product management, such as CSPO

You will - improve the world:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the internal team and stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to gather and prioritize product requirements
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals
Create clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams
Work closely with development, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient development process
Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development teams to plan and execute product releases
Collect and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve the product and enhance user satisfaction
Identify potential risks and proactively work with the team to mitigate them
Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the product.
