What you’ll bring:
Significant human resources experience (4+ years) working in a tech-driven organization
Advanced proficiency in English
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A solid grasp of research skills and knowledge of different tools and methodologies
Experience leading HR projects, process improvements, and substantive change within high-growth organizations
Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills for navigating uncertainty
Understanding of recruitment terms and workflows
Strong conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence
Organizational skills, ability to organize people and processes.

Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and talent sourcing
Relevant certifications in HR or related fields

Lead the HR team and provide effective guidance and support
Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to attract, and retain top talent
Oversee the Onboarding and Offboarding Processes
Monitor Team Time and Attendance
Manage Team Performance, including performance reviews, KPIs, 360° feedback, and career development
Assist Team Members with Education and create development plans
Set and review Team Goals
Monitor Team Satisfaction and Well-being
Collaborate with Recruiters to establish long-term recruitment plans
