What you’ll bring:

  • Significant human resources experience (4+ years) working in a tech-driven organization

  • Advanced proficiency in English

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • A solid grasp of research skills and knowledge of different tools and methodologies

  • Experience leading HR projects, process improvements, and substantive change within high-growth organizations

  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills for navigating uncertainty

  • Understanding of recruitment terms and workflows

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence

  • Organizational skills, ability to organize people and processes.

Extra Awesome:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using LinkedIn for networking and talent sourcing

  • Relevant certifications in HR or related fields

You will - improve the world:

  • Lead the HR team and provide effective guidance and support

  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to attract, and retain top talent

  • Oversee the Onboarding and Offboarding Processes

  • Monitor Team Time and Attendance

  • Manage Team Performance, including performance reviews, KPIs, 360° feedback, and career development

  • Assist Team Members with Education and create development plans

  • Set and review Team Goals

  • Monitor Team Satisfaction and Well-being

  • Collaborate with Recruiters to establish long-term recruitment plans
