• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Software Development

• Upper-Intermediate level of English

• Strong understanding of software development processes and development lifecycle

• Proficient in agile methodologies with a proven ability to apply them effectively

• Outstanding ability to organize people, processes, and projects

• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Experience with Linear and Notion for documentation

• German-speaking skills

• Certifications relevant to product management, such as CSPO

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the internal team and stakeholders

• Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to gather and prioritize product requirements

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals

• Create clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams

• Work closely with development, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient development process

• Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development teams to plan and execute product releases

• Collect and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve the product and enhance user satisfaction

• Identify potential risks and proactively work with the team to mitigate them

• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the product.
