In this context, there is no right or wrong answer to this question. However, you should ensure that the method of communication they follow is available at your location. Some communication tools may not be available in some countries or provide poor services. 5. Will your remote employers provide equipment or do you need to supply your own?

Some companies will provide equipment and tools to their remote workers, and others won't. In addition, you should ask yourself if you're ready to work remotely.
